  • Yes! I offer online therapy to individuals in Hawaii, Florida, and New York.

  • I offer a free phone or video consultation so you can decide if I will be a good fit for you and what you are looking to gain in therapy.

During our first session, we will talk about your current struggles, what brings you to therapy at this point in time, and what you want to get out of our time together. I will also ask questions about different areas of your life, including your childhood, relationships, job/career, hobbies, etc. This information is crucial for me to understand you fully and help you achieve your goals.

  • The length of therapy is determined by many factors, some of them being your schedule, my availability, nature and severity of your current challenges, as well as your engagement in the therapy process.

Most people show significant improvement in one to two months and often reach goals in 12-15 sessions.

Others find that they enjoy the process of therapy and continue on their journeys. Either way, my goal is to help you feel better and meet your goals as soon as possible!
